Give back to your staff with a practical investing workshop plus a dedicated teacher pension scheme session.
Investing is something I have done through moneybox for a short time, however it's not something I really understood. However, from doing this course it has helped clear things up a lot more. I have a better understanding of what my money is doing and how I can get more out of it. It was really interesting understanding about my own investment profile and the type of risk's I would be willing to take.
I'm not great with sitting in long meetings and taking in lot's of information, however Leo made this much easier through keeping information simple and using games to keep me actively engaged. I would highly recommend this course to anyone, as it was simply brilliant.
I had a great time doing Leo’s investment course. I found it really engaging and clear to understand.
I was very cautious and scared about the idea of investing going into this as it was so unknown to me, but now I feel I understand much more and feel more confident in understanding the risks and how to know what’s right for me. I can’t fault the course and am really grateful for Leo delivering this - thank you!
I was interested in investing anyway and have dabbled slightly, however I didn't feel in a particularly informed position to be able to make accurate decisions.
In adult life, I've found I have enough about me to comprehend the basics of investing, but not the time to look into it properly, so having a course with an actual human who completely understands the world of investing, and being able to ask questions there and then, has been amazing to help me understand and build my confidence in the world of investing. Thank you.

— Post-Course Survey ResponseBefore becoming a maths teacher, I got my qualification and spent a few years working in financial advice. I noticed that most of the clients I saw had little or no knowledge of investing and fully relied on us to help them. Then I learned that most people don't have the luxury of an adviser.
Financial literacy isn't taught in schools. Proper financial advice is expensive and inaccessible for most people. That gap bothered me — so I built Real Life Money to do something about it.
Once I became a Maths Teacher, I knew that I now had the potential to really make a difference and combine that with Real Life Money to close the financial knowledge gap. For me, life has always been about people and purpose.
I'm a big believer in learning through enjoyment - so whilst these are serious and important topics, I want to see my attendees smiling - not only because they gained so much, but because they enjoyed themselves along the way.
Ultimately, I want to help as many people as I possibly can, because I feel like there is a financial literacy crisis in this country.

"Leo ran a brilliant session, it was very helpful especially as a beginner. He helped break a lot of things down and show how investments work and what is actually happening with your money.
The game was very fun as well, very helpful for a person like me who has a short attention span, it kept me engaged. Also helped that I won!"
